State the %RH range your procedure or supplier data sheet requires; an automatic cabinet is chosen for its ability to hold that value continuously, a standard desiccator for short-term storage.

Give the internal volume you need in litres, the number of shelves, the largest container that must fit and the weight per shelf. A cabinet that is full to the door cannot recover humidity quickly after opening.

An automatic cabinet needs a socket nearby and clearance behind it. If your quality system records storage humidity, say whether a display on the door is enough or whether you log readings elsewhere, so the quotation names the right model.
