Warranty

Product warranty — terms and conditions for scientific instruments.

1. Warranty period — The company warrants scientific instruments for a period of 1 year from the date of sale, as stated on the warranty card or the sales receipt.

2. Warranty coverage — The warranty covers only defects arising from the manufacturing process or materials, and malfunctions occurring under correct use in accordance with the user manual. The company will repair the product or replace parts free of charge (at the company’s discretion).

3. What the warranty does not cover — The warranty does not cover the following: misuse, or use not in accordance with the manual; damage from power sags or surges, lightning, or unsuitable supply voltage; damage from water, humidity, chemicals, corrosion, or unsuitable operating environments; accidents, drops, impacts, breakage, or natural disasters; modification, alteration, or repair by any person or organization not authorized by the company; consumable parts (e.g. lamps, sensors, fuses, batteries, probes, etc.) unless stated otherwise in writing; and products whose serial number has been removed, altered, or cannot be verified.

4. How to request warranty service — Present the warranty card or proof of purchase, provide the product model and serial number, and contact the company’s customer service team before sending the instrument in for service.

5. Additional terms — The company reserves the right to determine the appropriate method of repair or parts replacement. The warranty period is not extended after a repair or parts replacement. The company reserves the right to change these warranty terms without prior notice.
