We supply the instruments that go inside a controlled environment, and we quote and invoice the room itself. The room is designed and installed by our partner CK Design & Service Co., Ltd. (CKDS).
CKDS designs and installs sandwich panel and Isowall systems for facilities that must maintain a set temperature or cleanliness class. We issue the quotation and invoice, allowing a new QC laboratory, cold-storage extension or production partition to share one purchase order with its equipment.

Common questions
What cleanroom class does an electronics or PCB plant need?
Most electronics assembly and PCB production areas run at ISO Class 7 or 8 under ISO 14644-1 (Class 10,000 to 100,000 in the older Federal Standard naming). Particle-sensitive steps such as imaging and solder mask sit at the stricter end, while general SMT floors are often ISO 8. The target class drives the wall, ceiling and door specification, so state it in the project brief and the envelope is scoped to match.
Who builds the room, and who issues the documents?
CK Design & Service (CKDS) designs and installs the room. ManaEsse X issues the quotation and the invoice, so the room and the instruments inside it can share one purchase order and one set of Thai tax documents.
Which provinces do you serve?
Nationwide. CKDS is based in Samut Prakan and its installation teams work across Thailand, including the industrial estate provinces such as Prachinburi, Ayutthaya, Chonburi and Rayong.
What does a quotation need from us?
The project brief on this page covers it: project type, approximate room size, target temperature or cleanliness class, and province. Drawings help but are not required to start. We confirm the scope with CKDS before quoting.
