Cookies Policy

This policy explains what www.manaesse.com ("this website", "we") stores on your device, what we do with it, and how to change your mind at any time. Where information collected through cookies is personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562, we handle it as set out in our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website asks your browser to keep — to remember that you are signed in, for example, or to count a visit. Similar technologies, such as the browser storage we use to remember your cookie choice, do the same job and are covered by this policy.

2. What this website collects

When you open a page, our hosting and our analytics services (see section 3) receive standard request information:

  • Your IP address, used to deliver the page and, in analytics, only to estimate the country or region you are visiting from.
  • Your browser and device type and version.
  • The pages you open here, when, and how long you stay.
  • The page that linked you here, where your browser sends it.

Search terms are removed from page addresses before anything reaches analytics, together with anything after a "#", and the referring address is treated the same way. If you have chosen "Okay", a short search typed into the search box is recorded with its words, so we can see what people look for and do not find. Anything that looks like an email address or a phone number, and any list you paste into a quote request, is never sent. We do not use any of this to identify you personally.

3. The cookies this website uses

Strictly necessary. Set by us. They keep you signed in to the customer account area and to the staff workspace, and they remember your language choice. The site cannot work without them, so they are always on and are not covered by the banner.

Analytics. We use two analytics services to count visits and see which pages and products are used, which is how we decide what to improve.

PostHog records page views, a few actions such as adding a product to a quote, and how fast pages load. Before you choose, it works without cookies: it stores nothing on your device and gives each page you open a new random ID. If you choose "Okay", it keeps one random ID on your device so a visit can be followed from page to page. PostHog stores this data in the United States.

Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose "Okay". Before that, no Google script or cookie is placed on your device. Google may use the data for analytics only, never for advertising, and Google signals are switched off.

Our page-view counter from Vercel sets no cookies whatsoever and also runs only after you choose "Okay".

No advertising cookies. This website carries no Google Ads tag, Facebook Pixel, LINE Tag, TikTok Pixel or any other advertising tag, and we do not sell or share what we collect with advertisers. If you arrive from one of our Google ads, we note that the visit began on an ad and which of our keywords it matched (see "Stored in your browser" below), and we do not report your request, or which ad led to it, back to Google Ads.

Stored in your browser. Besides cookies, the site keeps a few things in your browser’s own storage.

Until you clear it: your cookie choice, your quote list, the products you are comparing, your recent searches in the search box, drafts you type into our templates, whether you have answered the short question on a template page, and a few display settings. They stay on your device. Your quote list and a template draft reach us only when you send them to us; your recent searches never do.

For this visit only, deleted when you close the tab: how you reached us (for example a search engine, an AI assistant, a LINE link or one of our ads, with the ad’s keyword), the catalog page you started from, and a list you paste on its way to the quote page. These notes hold no identifier. If you send a request during the visit, the first two go with it, so we can see which channels bring buyers.

Your choice itself stays on your own device, in your browser’s storage. It is never sent to us, and clearing your browsing data will make the banner ask again.

4. Your choices

The banner appears on your first visit. Choosing "Okay" turns on analytics cookies. If you would rather not, select "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of any page and choose "Necessary only": Google Analytics then stays off, and PostHog only counts without cookies, as it does before you choose.

You can change your answer at any time by selecting "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of any page. The banner returns showing your current setting so you can switch it. If you move from "Okay" back to "Necessary only", we also delete the Google Analytics cookies and the PostHog ID already stored and reload the page, so the change takes effect straight away rather than at the end of your visit.

You can also manage cookies in your browser, which affects every site you visit rather than this one alone. Blocking all cookies will stop parts of this site from working — signing in to your account, in particular:

5. Links to other websites

Pages here link out to services such as LINE and Facebook, and may show media hosted elsewhere. Once you follow such a link or that content loads, the service sets its own cookies under its own privacy policy, which we cannot control. Please refer to each service for its terms.

6. Changes to this policy

We revise this policy when the website changes or the law does. The date at the top is the current version, so it is worth checking back.
