Cookies Policy

This policy explains what www.manaesse.com ("this website", "we") stores on your device, what we do with it, and how to change your mind at any time. Where information collected through cookies is personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562, we handle it as set out in our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website asks your browser to keep — to remember that you are signed in, for example, or to count a visit. Similar technologies, such as the browser storage we use to remember your cookie choice, do the same job and are covered by this policy.

2. What this website collects

When you open a page, our hosting and, if you have allowed it, our analytics receive standard request information:

  • Your IP address, used to deliver the page and, in analytics, only to estimate the country or region you are visiting from.
  • Your browser and device type and version.
  • The pages you open here, when, and how long you stay.
  • The page that linked you here, where your browser sends it.

Search terms are deliberately excluded. When you use the search box or paste a list into a quote request, those terms are removed from the address before anything reaches analytics, together with anything after a "#" in the address. The referring address is treated the same way. We do not use any of this to identify you personally.

3. The cookies this website uses

Strictly necessary. Set by us. They keep you signed in to the customer account area and to the staff workspace, and they remember your language choice. The site cannot work without them, so they are always on and are not covered by the banner.

Analytics. Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google’s tag and, where configured, Google Tag Manager. These count visits and show which pages and products are used, which is how we decide what to improve. They load only after you choose "Accept all" — before that, no analytics cookie or script is placed on your device at all. Our page-view counter from Vercel sets no cookies whatsoever, and is held behind the same choice.

No advertising cookies. This website carries no Facebook Pixel, LINE Tag, TikTok Pixel or any other advertising tag, and we do not sell or share what we collect with advertisers.

Your choice itself stays on your own device, in your browser’s storage. It is never sent to us, and clearing your browsing data will make the banner ask again.

4. Your choices

The banner appears on your first visit. "Necessary only" leaves analytics switched off; "Accept all" turns it on.

You can change your answer at any time by selecting "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of any page. The banner returns showing your current setting so you can switch it. If you move from "Accept all" back to "Necessary only", we also delete the Google Analytics cookies already stored and reload the page, so measurement stops straight away rather than at the end of your visit.

You can also manage cookies in your browser, which affects every site you visit rather than this one alone. Blocking all cookies will stop parts of this site from working — signing in to your account, in particular:

5. Links to other websites

Pages here link out to services such as LINE and Facebook, and may show media hosted elsewhere. Once you follow such a link or that content loads, the service sets its own cookies under its own privacy policy, which we cannot control. Please refer to each service for its terms.

6. Changes to this policy

We revise this policy when the website changes or the law does. The date at the top is the current version, so it is worth checking back.
