For international buyers
International Orders
We quote and ship laboratory supplies from Thailand to buyers worldwide — the same quotation-based ordering we run at home, with export documents added.
Stock comes from our catalog of 1,100+ instruments, glassware and consumables across 130+ brands. Quotes and paperwork come in English or Thai, and the whole list stays with one supplier.
How an international order works
- 1
Send your list
Model numbers, quantities and the destination country or city. No account and no payment step — the quote request form works from anywhere.
- 2
Receive an export quotation
Pricing in Thai Baht (US dollars on request), lead time per line, and the shipping terms offered — EXW as standard, or delivered terms where we can arrange freight.
- 3
Confirm and pay by bank transfer
International wire against the invoice. Exports leave Thailand zero-rated for VAT, and the paperwork reflects it.
- 4
We ship with full documents
Commercial invoice, packing list and HS codes travel with the shipment, so your customs broker can clear it without chasing us.
Documents provided
Commercial invoice & packing list
Prepared for customs clearance on both sides.
HS codes
Tariff codes per line on request, so duty is known before the shipment moves.
Manufacturer certificates
COA, calibration or conformity certificates where the maker provides them.
Shipping options
Courier parcels
Small boxes of consumables and bench instruments, door to door.
Air & sea freight
Larger orders through a freight forwarder — yours or ours.
EXW pickup
Your nominated forwarder collects from our warehouse in Chiang Mai.
Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and the rest of Southeast Asia are days away by road or short-haul air.
What we cannot ship abroad
- Dangerous goods by courier — UN-classified chemicals and reagents move only as declared DG freight, and we quote that when the order size justifies the handling.
- Excise-controlled items — lab ethanol and similar stay domestic.
- Some brands — several manufacturers appoint one distributor per country, which limits where we may sell them. Send your list and we confirm item by item.
Saying this up front costs us a few orders and saves you a shipment stuck at customs.
Common questions
Which countries do you ship to?
Anywhere a courier or freight forwarder serves. Most export orders go to Southeast Asia, where road freight from Thailand reaches Vientiane, Phnom Penh and Yangon in days. If you are unsure about yours, ask — the answer costs nothing.
What currency and payment methods do you accept?
Quotations are in Thai Baht by default, US dollars on request. Payment is by international bank transfer (SWIFT) before shipment; other arrangements case by case.
Is there a minimum order?
No fixed minimum, but freight makes small far-away consumable orders uneconomical — we tell you when that is the case rather than quoting it anyway.
Will instruments work on my power supply?
Instruments sold in Thailand are 220–230 V, 50 Hz — right for most of Asia, Europe, Africa and Oceania. On 110–120 V grids (the US, Japan, Taiwan), check each instrument’s rating with us before ordering.
