Product description

The HI38058-100 are high quality reagents that are pre-measured, allowing for users to achieve fast and accurate pH measurements with the HI38058 chemical test kit. These reagents follow the colorimetric method to determine pH. For determination of pH, HI 38058-0 reagent reacts in contact with the aqueous solution changing its color according to the hydrogen-ion concentration (pH) in the given range. The reaction causes a colored complex to form; the greater the concentration, the deeper the color. The Checker Disc supplied with the kit allows for an accurate, side-by-side, visual analysis to determine pH concentration. These reagents are designed to be used with samples that have an expected pH range of 4.0 to 10.
