Product description
- DeltaTrak 11083 uses a narrow stainless-steel needle probe for checking food temperatures. The probe is 99 mm long and 1.7 mm in diameter; the display covers −40 to 155°C in 0.1°C steps. Display resolution is not measurement accuracy, which varies with temperature.
- The instrument has automatic calibration and an IP56 rating. A manufacturer’s NIST-traceable certificate of compliance is different from a separately requested calibration certificate.
