State the vessel and its nominal volume, and for bottles the thread, for example GL 45. Caps and pouring rings follow the thread, so naming it lets the quotation include the matching closures rather than leaving them to be found later.

Glassware is quoted per pack. Say whether you are equipping a bench once or restocking breakage through the year, and the quantities per item; the team quotes packs that fit the pattern instead of a single large lot.

Graduated cylinders and volumetric ware come in accuracy classes; name the class your method requires. If a lot certificate is needed, or the ware will be autoclaved routinely, say so, because both narrow the items quoted.
GL 45 is the standard screw-thread size of the bottle neck. Caps, pouring rings and connection systems made for GL 45 fit any bottle with that thread, across brands, which is why the thread matters more than the bottle brand when you order closures.
Class A has the tighter volume tolerance and is used where the measured volume is part of a certified result. Class B is the working-bench grade, and it is what our catalogue lists for the DURAN white-scale cylinder. Choose by the tolerance your method states.
