The HALO2 Wireless pH Tester is GLP compliant. IP65 Water Resistant Protection The housing of the pH Tester is rated IP65 meaning it has a high level of protection against particles and dust, and protection against the ingress of water from jets. This makes it ideal for outdoor use. Pocket-Sized The compact size makes this pH Tester ideal for on-the-go testing. A large LCD display provides at-a-glance readings from any angle and single button operation streamlines the testing process for any user. Open Junction Suspended solids and proteins found in food products will clog a conventional ceramic reference junction. The open junction design means quicker pH readings without worry. Conical Glass Tip The conical-shaped tip design allows for direct penetration into bread and dough products. PVDF Body Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) is a durable plastic that is resistant to most chemicals and solvents used for disinfection in the food sector, including chlorine (bleach). Cleaning Solution for Bread & Dough Deposits Your pH Tester comes with cleaning solution that has been engineered to keep your electrode free from oils and proteins found in baking. This concentrated combination of detergents cleans your tester quickly and effectively so that your tester stays in optimum condition. Easy Calibration HALO2 can be placed right into our calibration buffer sachets for easy calibration. Using a Hanna calibration sachet ensures your buffer is always fresh. Storage Solution Proper storage of your electrode will ensure reliable measurements and a long electrode life. Our storage solution is specially formulated to keep the pH glass hydrated while minimizing organic growth.
