The HI7662-TW is a stainless steel temperature probe compatible with Hanna's benchtop meters.
High-accuracy thermometers offer the speed, versatility, and reliability essential for precise temperature measurements, particularly in fast-changing reactions like titrations.
To ensure accurate pH readings, temperature compensation is crucial. This can be done automatically using the HI7662-TW sensor or manually via a trimmer. In both cases, the instrument adjusts the pH reading to reflect the actual pH of the sample at the measured temperature.
Temperature compensation can be achieved in three different ways:
Using a separate probe dedicated to measuring temperature.
Utilizing a probe with an integrated temperature sensor.
Manually adjusting for temperature variations.
